Fees and the flywheel

Curve fees collect in the launchpad and anyone can push them to the FeeSplitter contract, which splits each batch:

| 40% | Buys $AGNT on PancakeSwap and sends it to the burn address |
| 40% | Paid in BNB to $AGNT stakers, pro rata |
| 20% | Operations treasury (multisig) |
Buyback and staker shares can never drop below 60% combined; the treasury share is capped at 40% on-chain. Totals burned and paid out are public on the launchpad home page and on-chain.
